Meet Your Doctors in Moorestown

At Nuvia, the implant dentist in Moorestown is part of a three-person team. That means an oral surgeon, an implant dentist, and a CRNA on every case. Each has one job. The CRNA manages your safety and comfort. The surgeon handles placement. The implant dentist builds your permanent teeth. This team does this every day, including complex cases other practices have declined.

Dr. Divyang Patel, DDS

Dr. Patel grew up watching his uncle work as a dentist and decided that he wanted to do the same thing. He attended dental school in India where he completed a residency and worked for 7 years before then attending dental school at University of the Pacific in San Francisco.

He then practiced in California before joining Nuvia as a restorative dentist in Moorestown.

Why Nuvia

Having practiced as a restorative dentist for years, Dr. Patel has seen many patients with full mouth dental implants experience the hassle of traditional methods.

They would spend months getting used to temporary teeth only to start all over again getting used to their permanent teeth once they were ready. It can take up to 10+ months for patients to get permanent teeth using traditional methods.

At Nuvia, Dr. Patel is able to help patients get their permanent teeth in 24 hours from the dental implant procedure. He loves that the entire process working at Nuvia is patient-focused and that every day he is able to help transform smiles with full mouth dental implants.

Outside of the Clinic

When he isn’t working as a restorative dentist, Dr. Patel loves spending time with his family. He also enjoys hobbies such as tennis, cricket, hiking, and cycling.

Why Nuvia

With a passion for full arch restorations, Dr. Zenga was drawn to Nuvia where he could help patients transform their smiles with full mouth dental implants.

Patients can expect a patient-first approach from Dr. Zenga. He strives to put patients at ease so they can have a comfortable and pleasant experience getting their new teeth at Nuvia in Moorestown.

Dr. Christopher Marsh, DMD

In Junior High, Dr. Marsh had one of his front teeth knocked out by a baseball. He was terrified to go to the oral surgeon but was quickly put at ease by his experience. This left a lasting impression on him and ultimately led to him pursuing a career in oral surgery.

Dr. Marsh first attended University of South Florida for his undergraduate degree in science. He later went on to Dental school at Penn University. He then completed his oral surgery residency in New York and has been practicing now for 17 years.

Why Nuvia

Dr. Marsh has years of experience in full mouth dental implants. With this experience, he is all too familiar with the frustrations that come with temporary dentures that are typically given to patients with the traditional approach.

When he found out about permanent teeth in 24 hours at Nuvia, he knew he had to be a part of the Moorestown team. He loves working in a patient-focused environment where he can help patients feel comfortable throughout the smile restoration process.

Outside of the Clinic

With two teenage boys at home, Dr. March enjoys bonding with them over star wars, movies, and talking about cars. He enjoys woodworking, playing golf, and gardening.

What to Expect: Full Mouth Dental Implants at Nuvia in Moorestown

Most providers offering "Teeth in a Day®" send patients home in a temporary set — and then keep them waiting up to 10 months or more for permanent teeth. Here's how Nuvia's process is different.

Step 1 — Your Consultation The team reviews your oral health, scans your jaw, and walks you through your options. You'll know before you leave whether you're a candidate and what the process looks like for your specific case.

Step 2 — Surgery Day Your oral surgeon places the implants while a CRNA manages your comfort throughout. Many patients describe the experience as more manageable than they expected. The moment surgery ends, Nuvia's in-house lab gets to work.

Step 3 — Your New Teeth in 24 Hours You come back the next day. Your permanent teeth are ready. No temporary set, no months of waiting, no liquid-only diet. You leave on a soft-food diet and never have to go back for a second set..'

Step 4 — Healing & Check-In The team monitors your healing and answers questions as you recover. Many patients are back to light daily activity within a few days — back to Moorestown's Main Street, local restaurants, and everyday life.

Which Is More Comfortable: Dentures or All-on-4® Dental Implants?

The comfort gap between dentures and dental implants shows up fast. Dentures rest on your gums. They can shift when you eat, often require adhesives, and can cause sore spots over time. Comfort with dentures always seems to be a negotiation.

All-on-4® dental implants are anchored in your jawbone so they function like real teeth. There's nothing to shift, nothing to apply, and no constant pressure on soft tissue.

When comparing costs of dentures vs dental implants, the initial prices can be misleading. Even though dentures may seem like the more affordable option upfront, they often need relining every year or two and it’s recommended to get a full replacement every five to seven years.

During this time, denture wearers are also at risk of bone loss because dentures don't replace the root the same way dental implants do. That changes how they fit — which can lead to more adjustments, more costs, and eventually a new set. For many patients, the one-time cost of implants is lower than years of maintaining dentures.

FAQs About Nuvia’s All-on-4® Dental Implants in Moorestown

How much do dental implants cost in Moorestown, NJ? Full mouth dental implants are an investment in your health, and the cost varies based on your case. Nuvia offers financing options so patients don't have to pay everything upfront. The 24-hour timeline doesn't increase cost — pricing is in line with industry standards.

Am I a candidate for dental implants if I have bone loss? Bone loss doesn't automatically rule you out. The Nuvia Moorestown team regularly works with patients who have been told elsewhere that they aren't candidates. Your eligibility is determined at your consultation, where the team reviews your jaw, your health history, and your options.

What is the difference between All-on-4® dental implants and Teeth in a Day? "Teeth in a Day®" is a procedure offered by other providers — it typically means temporary teeth placed the same day as surgery, with permanent teeth coming later. Nuvia's process is different: the in-house lab starts building your permanent teeth the moment surgery ends, and you return 24 hours later to receive them. There are no temporary teeth at any point.

Does dental insurance cover implants in New Jersey? Most dental insurance plans have limited or no coverage for full mouth dental implants. Some medical insurance plans may cover portions of the procedure depending on your situation but it’s usually a better idea to rely on . The Nuvia team can walk you through what to expect during your consultation.

How long does it take to recover from full mouth dental implants? Many patients return to light daily activity within a few days. You leave with permanent teeth 24 hours after surgery and start on a soft food diet right away. Your care team gives you specific recovery guidance based on your case.
