Dr. Rosenstein obtained an undergraduate bachelor of science in biology from Touro College in Queens, New York, where he graduated as Valedictorian of his class. He then attended the University of Maryland School of Dentistry from which he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. During his time in dental school, Dr. Rosenstein was inducted into the Gorgas Odontological Honorary Society, as well as the Gamma Pi Delta Honor Society.
Upon completion of dental school, Dr. Rosenstein was accepted into an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency program at The Brooklyn Hospital Center, in Brooklyn, NY. In the course of his training, Dr. Rosenstein provided OMFS services at multiple hospitals throughout the East Coast, including Brooklyn Hospital, The Brooklyn VA Medical Center, St. Barnabas Hospital, and Geisinger Medical Center, a level-one regional trauma center in Pennsylvania.
After serving as Chief Resident in his final year of residency, Dr. Rosenstein obtained his certification in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Dr. Rosenstein has authored scholarly works that have been published in both journals and textbooks, including the Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, New York State Dental Journal, Dental Clinics of North America, and the European Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He is a member of the American Dental Association, The Academy of Osseointegration, and the American Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons.
