Full Mouth Dental Implants In

Detroit

Detroit has no shortage of dental implant providers. What’s harder to find is a practice that delivers your permanent teeth the day after surgery — not a temporary set while you wait for the real ones to come back from an off-site lab weeks or months later. That’s what All-on-4® dental implants at Nuvia look like: final zirconia teeth in 24 hours, built in our in-house lab overnight.

Our center is located in Bloomfield Hills — just off Telegraph Road near Lone Pine Road, accessible from Detroit, Troy, Birmingham, West Bloomfield, Farmington Hills, and communities across the Metro Detroit area.

Meet Your Doctors in Detroit

At Nuvia, every patient’s case is handled by a team of experts: an oral surgeon, a restorative implant dentist, and a licensed CRNA — each focused on their one role and none juggling other multiple jobs at once. The surgeon places your implants with precision. The restorative dentist designs and fits your permanent smile. The CRNA manages your anesthesia from start to finish. This team takes on complex cases that other Detroit-area practices may have turned away, including patients with significant bone loss and prior failed implants.

Dr. Yousif Brikho, DDS

Dr. Yousif Brikho started his journey to becoming a restorative dentist in Detroit by majoring in biology at the University of Detroit Mercy prior to earning his doctorates in dentistry at Detroit Mercy Dental. After graduating, Dr. Brikho quickly gained surgical and restorative experience working at multiple locations of a private practice. He brings his years of experience as a restorative dentist to Nuvia in Detroit where he now helps patients restore their smiles and dental health.

Though Dr. Brikho has practiced for years as a general dentist, he has a special interest in implantology and endodontics. He is passionate about patient care and loves it when patients come in saying they hate the dentist, just so he can prove them wrong by providing a great experience.

Dr. Brikho is also a member of the American Dental Association, Michigan Dental Association, and American Association of Endodontists. He is certified in implant placement from the Global Dental Implant Academy.

Dr Brikho’s Advice to Nervous Patients:

You’re not alone! Dr. Brikho himself was a nervous dental patient during his childhood. Dedicated to helping patients have the best experience, he is there to answer all your questions, walk you through your procedure, or talk about anything else if you prefer to be distracted.

Why Nuvia?

Dr. Brikho enjoys the Nuvia difference and dental implant process. He has always loved helping to restore patient’s smiles as a restorative dentist in Detroit. Now, with Nuvia, he is able to restore smiles and provide permanent teeth in 24 hours.

Before and After Nuvia Dental Implant in Detroit

It Starts With Your Teeth. It Doesn't End There.

Most people don't think of failing teeth as a health emergency — but they can be. The jawbone beneath them is likely shrinking. Chronic infection can build. The research linking poor oral health to cardiovascular disease and diabetes is well-documented and consistently underreported.

And the effects go further than the clinic. The mental checklist you have to make before every meal. The laugh you've learned to pull back to hide your smile. The photos you've found reasons to step out of. Patients who get full mouth dental implants don't just describe a new smile — they describe finally getting to live life fully again.

Dental Implant Services:

These dental implants solutions are designed to fix failing and missing teeth and last a lifetime with proper care. Patients in Dearborn, Troy, and Southfield can enjoy newfound dental health and beautiful teeth with:

If you're in Farmington Hills, Rochester Hills, or anywhere in the Detroit area, dental implants with permanent teeth in 24 hours can help you eat, smile, and talk without worrying about your teeth ever again.

What to Expect When Getting Dental Implants Near Detroit

Here’s how the process works at Nuvia, from your first visit to your final teeth:

Step 1 — Your Consultation

Your team images your jaw, reviews your bone health, and gives you a straight answer about candidacy, treatment, and cost. No vague estimates, no surprise fees later. If you’ve had consultations elsewhere in the Metro Detroit area and left with more questions than answers, this appointment will feel completely different.

Step 2 — Designing Your Smile

Before surgery, you and your restorative dentist decide what your new teeth will look like — size, shape, and shade. The moment surgery wraps up, Nuvia’s in-house lab in Detroit starts building them. That’s what makes 24-hour delivery possible.

Step 3 — Dental Implant Procedure Day

Your CRNA puts you under general anesthesia. You’re completely asleep while the oral surgeon places your implants. You wake up and it’s already done.

Step 4 — Your Permanent Teeth, 24 Hours Later

You return the next day for your final zirconia teeth — built overnight, not outsourced and shipped back weeks later. Other providers in the area advertise same-day teeth, but the truth is that patients likely receive a set of temporary teeth on surgery day while permanent prosthetics are fabricated separately. Nuvia’s in-house lab eliminates that gap — what you receive the next day is your permanent set.

Step 5 — Healing and Long-Term Care

You’ll start on a soft-food diet right away. Most patients are back to their normal daily routine within days. Follow-up appointments track how your implants are healing and give you another chance to ask questions. Most patients are cleared for unrestricted eating around the four-month mark.

Dentures vs. Dental Implants

Many patients who come to Nuvia have already tried dentures or partials. Here’s what life with dentures typically looks like according to patients:

  • Shifting and slipping during eating and speaking
  • Gum sores and irritation that don’t fully resolve
  • Covering the roof of the mouth, dulling the taste of food
  • Daily adhesives, nightly removal, and ongoing adjustments
  • Continued jawbone loss beneath the gum line, gradually changing facial structure
  • Replacement every five to seven years as fit deteriorates

Dental implants are a different kind of solution entirely:

  • Fixed in place — no removal, no adhesives, no slipping
  • Stimulate the jawbone like a natural tooth root, stopping bone loss
  • Brushed and flossed like natural teeth
  • Built from zirconia — stronger than acrylic and designed to last a lifetime
  • One fixed cost vs. years of ongoing denture maintenance expenses

Most patients who make the switch say the same thing: they wish they hadn’t spent as long in dentures as they did.

Comfort

Asleep, Safe, and Cared For

Dental anxiety is one of the most common reasons people put off care they need. At Nuvia near Detroit, a licensed CRNA administers and monitors general anesthesia for every procedure. You're completely asleep from start to finish, with one professional focused entirely on your comfort and safety while the surgeon, also licensed in anesthesia, places your implants.

Most other Metro Detroit providers offering full-arch implants don't staff a dedicated CRNA for every case. At Nuvia, it's standard.

FAQs About Nuvia Dental Implants Near Detroit

How much do full mouth dental implants cost near Detroit?
Cost varies based on your case — extractions needed, bone health, and the scope of the final restoration. Our free Full Mouth Dental Implant Cost and Information Guide breaks down what drives pricing and how most patients finance treatment. 92% of Nuvia patients use financing to make their new smiles affordable.

Can I get implants if I have significant bone loss?
Often, yes. The All-on-4® technique angles implants to maximize available bone, so many patients who were told they needed grafting first still may qualify. For more advanced cases, zygomatic implants offer another path. A consultation with imaging gives you a definitive answer.

Will I be awake during the procedure?
No. A licensed CRNA puts you under general anesthesia before anything begins — you won’t feel anything during the procedure and will have no memory of it afterward. For patients avoiding treatment because of anxiety, this often helps put nerves to rest.

How long does recovery take after dental implants?
Most patients are back to a normal routine within a few days, starting on a soft-food diet right away. Implants integrate with the jawbone over three to six months in the background — most patients are cleared for unrestricted eating around the four-month mark.

Does insurance cover dental implants in Michigan?
Most plans don't cover full-arch treatment, though some may cover portions of extractions. Financing is how most Nuvia patients make it work — 92% use it, and our team walks through options during your consultation.
