Dr. Jordan Heimer

Dr. Buhler was born in Omaha, Nebraska and grew up in a military family. Dr. Buhler graduated from Utah Valley University on a Cross Country and Track and Field scholarship. After college, he was accepted and received a Military Health Profession Scholarship, in which he then moved to Oklahoma City, OK to attend Dental School at the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry. Following Dental School he was accepted into the San Antonio Military Oral Maxillofacial Surgery Residency Program in San Antonio, TX. He is a member of AAOMS and board certified for Diplomate Status of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.

When Dr. Buhler is not providing full mouth dental implant restorations, he enjoys many activities in his spare time. He has two children, Matthew and Charlotte, which is where he prefers to spend most of his spare time, hanging out with his children. Dr. Buhler and his kids enjoy the outdoors playing at the park or pool. They also love spending time reading together, and catching up on school day adventures.

Dr. Buhler is an avid runner. Most of his free time delegated to exercising is with his marathon training. His background with collegiate running, and past successes with competitive long distance road racing, have kept his passions soaring high, as he strives to continue to meet goals in the long distance running events. He also enjoys riding his road bike, reading a good book, hiking adventures with his kids, and the swimming pool or lake.

Dr. Nathaniel Williams: Oral Maxillofacial Surgeon and Smile Maker

Born and raised in Savannah, Georgia, Dr. Nathaniel Williams has been dedicated to helping patients achieve beautiful smiles and regain their self-confidence. Now based in Atlanta for over five years, Dr. Williams brings his expertise in oral maxillofacial surgery to the community.

Growing up as the oldest of five siblings, Dr. Williams was always engaged in various sports, including track and field, football, basketball, and baseball. His parents instilled in him a strong work ethic and the importance of a good education. He pursued his passion for biology at Armstrong Atlanta State University in Savannah, where his interest in the medical field blossomed.

Dr. Williams had the opportunity to shadow various doctors in Savannah, which inspired him to attend dental school at the Medical College in Nashville, Tennessee. After completing dental school, he pursued a general practice residency at Bronx-Lebanon Hospital Center in New York. Driven to refine his craft further, he went on to complete an oral and maxillofacial surgery residency at the prestigious Harbor UCLA Medical Center.

Married for over 10 years, Dr. Williams met his wife in college and has been supported by her every step of the way. Together, they have three wonderful children who bring joy to his life. Family is a central aspect of Dr. Williams' life, and he values the opportunity to help other families by improving their smiles.

At the core of Dr. Williams' practice is a deep passion for helping people build self-confidence through their smile. He firmly believes that a smile is the gateway to one's heart and can change lives for the better. With his exceptional skills and dedication, Dr. Williams is here to care for you and help you achieve the smile of your dreams.

Dr. Ivan Quintana is originally from Cuba and has lived in various states such as Phoenix and Colorado. He currently resides in Houston, Texas and practices Oral Surgery at Nuvia Dental Implant Center.

He loves to help his patients get their lives back by correcting dental issues with full mouth dental implants. He and his fiance enjoy mountain biking and racquetball.

Dr. Rosenstein obtained an undergraduate bachelor of science in biology from Touro College in Queens, New York, where he graduated as Valedictorian of his class. He then attended the University of Maryland School of Dentistry from which he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. During his time in dental school, Dr. Rosenstein was inducted into the Gorgas Odontological Honorary Society, as well as the Gamma Pi Delta Honor Society.

Upon completion of dental school, Dr. Rosenstein was accepted into an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency program at The Brooklyn Hospital Center, in Brooklyn, NY. In the course of his training, Dr. Rosenstein provided OMFS services at multiple hospitals throughout the East Coast, including Brooklyn Hospital, The Brooklyn VA Medical Center, St. Barnabas Hospital, and Geisinger Medical Center, a level-one regional trauma center in Pennsylvania.

After serving as Chief Resident in his final year of residency, Dr. Rosenstein obtained his certification in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Dr. Rosenstein has authored scholarly works that have been published in both journals and textbooks, including the Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, New York State Dental Journal, Dental Clinics of North America, and the European Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He is a member of the American Dental Association, The Academy of Osseointegration, and the American Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons. Now, Dr. Rosenstein provides full mouth dental implants at Nuvia Dental Implant Center in Houston.

Dr. Noureddin Khazam's path to becoming a restorative dentist in Dublin started where he grew up, in Mediterranean city in Libya. After completing his dental degree at the Tripoli University College of Dentistry, he studied at New York University, followed by a two-year residency in Ohio. His passion for restorative dentistry and sharing knowledge led him to become apart of the clinical faculty at Case Western Reserve School of Dentistry.

The inspiration for Dr. Khazam's career choice came from a personal place—witnessing his grandmother's struggles with dentures. As he pursued his dental education, he decided to focus on dental implants and full mouth dental implants as solutions that could significantly improve patients' quality of life - especially those who have had similar experiences with temporary solutions like his grandmother’s dentures.

Outside of the Clinic

When he isn’t working as a restorative dentist with the Nuvia team in Dublin, Dr. Khazam cherishes the time spent with his wife, young son, and daughter. He enjoys a range of activities and hobbies such as going to the gym, playing soccer, traveling, and exploring new cities. As an avid learner, he continuously takes dental courses to keep up to date on the latest technologies and techniques in dentistry.

Alex Jelicich is a prosthodontist practicing in South Florida.  He went to MIT for his undergraduate education and received his dental degree and prosthodontics certificate from the Harvard School of Dental Medicine.  Dr. Jelicich loves working on the cutting edge of technology to help deliver beautiful smiles to his patients.  In addition to practicing dentistry, Dr. Jelicich enjoys all types of sports, working on passion projects like learning computer programming, and spending time with his growing family.
