Dr. Jeeva Venkataraman is the oral and maxillofacial surgeon at Nuvia Dental Implant Center in Providence, RI. He completed his oral and maxillofacial surgery training at Mount Sinai and has since focused on helping patients regain their confidence through surgical care.

Dr. Venkataraman’s path into dentistry started in college, when he shadowed a friend’s mom who was a dentist. Ann spent most of her career in Level I trauma centers before moving into office-based cosmetic surgery a few years ago and now joining the Nuvia team in Providence.

She also recently traveled to Italy—her first trip to Europe—and is looking forward to more travel ahead.

Dr. Ryne Johnson, DMD, is the restorative dentist and prosthodontist at Nuvia Dental Implant Center in Providence, RI. He completed his undergraduate studies at Brown University, earned his dental degree from the University of Pennsylvania, and finished his prosthodontics training at Tufts University. He has been practicing since 1986—nearly 40 years—and previously served as Chief of Dentistry for the VA in Charleston, South Carolina.

Dr. Johnson entered dentistry from a premed track at Brown, drawn to the creativity of the work, the chance to make things with his hands, and the effect a restored smile can have on a patient’s life. He’s direct, detail-oriented, and laser focused on the quality of his work. As he puts it, he brings decades of expertise and passion to the table, and that is what patients ultimately benefit from.
