Dr. Temstet grew up in France and moved to the US at 18 years old. He completed his undergraduate degree in New York and went on to complete dental school at the University of Penn and has stayed near the area since then.
Inspired by many family members working in the dental field, Dr. Temstet knew that he wanted to pursue a career in dentistry where he could improve people’s lives by restoring their smiles.
Dr. Temstet has seen patients struggle with temporary teeth during his time as a restorative dentist in Philadelphia. When he isn’t working as a restorative dentist, Dr Temstet stays busy with his two young boys. He also loves off-road motorbiking and finding new routes to ride.

Dr. Eric Wayne Spencer, a distinguished Reconstructive Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon Currently operating at Nuvia's Centers in Philadelphia and Baltimore, Dr. Spencer is renowned for his expertise in facial reconstructive surgeries. He specializes in advanced reconstructive treatments aimed at restoring jaw form, function, and health. His dedication to surgical excellence is bolstered by his utilization of cutting-edge 3D imaging and modeling technologies, ensuring precise and predictable outcomes. His surgical portfolio includes facial trauma reconstruction, cosmetic facial surgeries, and comprehensive dental implantology.
Dr. Spencer's dedication extends beyond his clinical practice to encompass medical education and innovation. He is an active contributor to the medical field with numerous scientific publications and frequently presents at national and regional surgical conferences. Dr. Spencer is also passionate about mentoring the next generation of surgeons, teaching at a Level 1 Trauma Center and serving on interview committees and as faculty at the University of Delaware. His commitment to service shines through his volunteer efforts, including his transformative work as a craniofacial deformity and trauma surgeon in Honduras, and his involvement in philanthropic activities in New Orleans post-Hurricane Katrina and across the Mid-Atlantic region.

He leads an active lifestyle outside the clinic, engaging in hiking, biking, swimming, and running, along with training for triathlons. A lover of the arts, he often attends concerts, enjoys dining out, and watches movies with close friends and family. Dr. Spencer also practices martial arts alongside yoga and meditation, emphasizing the importance of healthy eating as part of his daily regimen. Dr. Camron Fakhar is a dual-degree, Board Certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Florida with a degree in Neuroscience, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude (with highest honors). He then went on to obtain his Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) and Medical Degree (M.D.) at the prestigious institutions of UCLA and the University of Pennsylvania.
Additionally, he completed residency training in General Surgery, which included rotations in Plastic Surgery, Trauma Surgery, Neurosurgery, Critical Care as well as PGY-1 Level General Anesthesia and Pediatric Anesthesia training at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. He subsequently completed his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency at the same institution, serving as Chief Resident.
Dr. Fakhar’s surgical training was focused on the full scope of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery including corrective jaw surgery, Temporomandibular joint (TMJ) surgery, Complex facial trauma/reconstructions as well as adjunctive facial procedures including Botox® and Facial fillers. Heavy emphasis was placed on Dental implants, Complex bone grafting as well as Dentoalveolar surgery and General anesthesia.
In addition to being a key member of the team at Nuvia, Dr. Fakhar has always been involved in his community locally and abroad. His passion for global outreach has led him to participate in dental and medical programs in Haiti, the Dominican Republic, and Vietnam, where he volunteers his time performing general oral surgery procedures, pathology, and cleft lip and cleft palate reconstructive surgeries on children at an eminent hospital in Ho Chi Minh City.
Dr. Fakhar has been an active member of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons (AAOMS), American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (ABOMS) and his local state societies. He was past President of Alpha Omega International Dental Fraternity and the International Association for Dental Research (IADR). He has had the opportunity to lecture and present around the country and has multiple publications in many topics in the field of surgery, medicine and dentistry. In his free time, he enjoys being outdoors, hiking, running races and discovering new golf courses to play.
