Dr. Dennis Pezzolesi, DMD
Dr. Pezzolesi originally went to college with plans to be a physician. However, he soon discovered that a career in dentistry would give him opportunities to be creative and artistic while still working in healthcare.
He completed his undergraduate before going to dental school at Tuft University in Boston. Afterwards, he did a general practice residency that focused on prosthodontics at New England Medical Center before working as a restorative dentist in Boston.
Why Nuvia?
After 37 years of practice, Dr. Dennis Pezzolesi has joined the Nuvia team in Boston, MA. He shares that he was drawn to the opportunity to do what he loves most- designing something that will create a beautiful and functional result for patients.
Dr. Pezzolesi finds the work he does to be incredibly rewarding. It’s more than just fixing teeth, it’s transforming lives.
Those that know him know that he loves to help others feel comfortable and can usually be trusted to share a joke or two with patients. Dr. Pezzolesi realizes that many patients have struggled with their teeth throughout their whole life and strives to help them feel comfortable and excited on their journey to getting a new smile.
Outside of Dentistry
When he isn’t at the office, Dr. Pezzolesi enjoys traveling with his wife, especially visiting warmer destinations. He also loves to workout, try new restaurants, and go on drives with his wife.

Dr. Scott Stewart, DMD
Dr. Stewart got his undergraduate degree in Chemistry from Pacific Lutheran University in the Seattle area before attending dental school at Case Western University in Cleveland.
Directly out of school Dr. Stewart bought a dental practice where he worked for nearly 2 decades before joining the Nuvia team in Boston.
Why Nuvia?
Dr. Stewart has been doing all-on-4® dental implants for the last decade. Over the years he has encountered many patients who, before getting treatment, had stopped smiling. Being able to provide full mouth restorations and see how a new smile changes patients lives is incredibly rewarding for Dr. Stewart.
Having owned his own practice previously, Dr. Stewart left to join Nuvia so he could continue changing patients' lives using a method that gets them their permanent teeth in 24 hours rather than what could be 10+ months later using traditional methods.
Outside of Dentistry
When he isn’t working as a restorative dentist, Dr. Stewart loves to race dirtbikes, staying active, and spending time outdoors with his family.
