Dr. Alex Jelicich

Dr. Walter D. Thames was born and raised in Abilene, a medium sized city in west Texas.  He has three incredible children, daughter Avery, oldest son Josiah, and youngest son Gideon.  He loves being able to share his life with such wonderful and supportive people.

Initially aiming for a career in medicine, Dr. Verratti found her true calling in oral surgery. After she entered dental school, intending to switch to medicine later, a presentation by an oral surgeon completely captivated her, making it clear that oral surgery was her true calling. Now, practicing as an oral surgeon in Miami, Dr. Verratti feels she is fulfilling her life's purpose, offering her patients not just medical interventions but a chance at a better life.

Recognizing that surgery can be a significant source of anxiety for many, she goes the extra mile to ensure her patients feel supported and well-informed. Personal Life

Beyond her professional life as an oral surgeon, Dr. Verratti is an avid reader and hiker. She cherishes time spent with her baby and her dogs and loves being in nature. Dr. Verratti is also a devoted practitioner of yoga and meditation, disciplines that help her maintain her focus and strive to be the best version of herself every day. These hobbies not only enrich her life but also enhance her approach to patient care, bringing a sense of calm and mindfulness to her practice.

Dr. Nathaniel Williams: Oral Maxillofacial Surgeon and Smile Maker

Born and raised in Savannah, Georgia, Dr. Nathaniel Williams has been dedicated to helping patients achieve beautiful smiles and regain their self-confidence. Now based in Atlanta for over five years, Dr. Williams brings his expertise in oral maxillofacial surgery to the community.

Growing up as the oldest of five siblings, Dr. Williams was always engaged in various sports, including track and field, football, basketball, and baseball. His parents instilled in him a strong work ethic and the importance of a good education. He pursued his passion for biology at Armstrong Atlanta State University in Savannah, where his interest in the medical field blossomed.

Dr. Williams had the opportunity to shadow various doctors in Savannah, which inspired him to attend dental school at the Medical College in Nashville, Tennessee. After completing dental school, he pursued a general practice residency at Bronx-Lebanon Hospital Center in New York. Driven to refine his craft further, he went on to complete an oral and maxillofacial surgery residency at the prestigious Harbor UCLA Medical Center.

Married for over 10 years, Dr. Williams met his wife in college and has been supported by her every step of the way. Together, they have three wonderful children who bring joy to his life. Family is a central aspect of Dr. Williams' life, and he values the opportunity to help other families by improving their smiles.

At the core of Dr. Williams' practice is a deep passion for helping people build self-confidence through their smile. He firmly believes that a smile is the gateway to one's heart and can change lives for the better. Dr. Ivan Quintana is originally from Cuba and has lived in various states such as Phoenix and Colorado. He currently resides in Houston, Texas and practices Oral Surgery at Nuvia Dental Implant Center.

He loves to help his patients get their lives back by correcting dental issues with full mouth dental implants. He and his fiance enjoy mountain biking and racquetball.

Dr. Nicholas Breig is deeply committed to providing the highest level of care as an oral surgeon in Nashville with empathy and compassion; traits that have been nurtured over many years of advanced training. After graduating through an accelerated route with a BS in Biology from Brigham Young University, his studies took him to the Bay Area, where he attended dental school at UCSF and obtained his dental degree (DDS).

His interests in medicine and oral surgery took him to Southern California, where he received his medical degree (MD) from the Loma Linda University School of Medicine. He then completed an internship in General Surgery with a focus on surgical oncology, trauma surgery, and critical care. Following this, Dr. Breig returned to dentistry to refine his skills in full-scope Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, including complex dental extractions, dental implant surgery, and general anesthesia. During his final year of training, he served as Chief Resident under nationally renowned surgeons.

After his rigorous training, Dr. Breig joined the Kaiser Permanente Medical Group in Santa Clara as a Senior Physician in the Maxillofacial Surgery Department, specializing in reconstructive jaw surgery. At Stanford University School of Medicine, he held an academic appointment and actively trained residents in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. He also held an academic appointment at Loma Linda University in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. During this time, he achieved diplomate status with the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and Fellow status with the American College of Surgeons.

Dr. Patel is a renowned Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon currently based in Alexandria, Virginia at Nuvia Dental Implant Center, a leading establishment revered for its patient-centric approach. After completing his undergraduate studies in North Carolina, he pursued his passion for dentistry at Columbia University, where he also met his beloved wife.With a career spanning prestigious institutions such as MedStar Washington Hospital Center, John Hopkins, and the National Institutes of Health (NIH), Dr. Patel brings an array of profound insights and techniques to Nuvia Dental Implant Center. His precision and perfectionism are the bedrocks of his patient care approach, often likening his commitment to each patient to the love and care he would extend to his own family.An avid advocate of patient-focused care, Dr. Patel is drawn to Nuvia's philosophy of prioritizing people over processes, even while maintaining high-quality procedures.
